Greenseen operates a wholesale and retail tree nursery with container-grown trees ranging from one-gallon all the way to 200+ gallon size trees. The Tree Depot commonly carries different Palm species, Oak species, Crepe Myrtles, Eagleston Hollies, and much more. By growing plant material, Greenseen is able to ensure availability and quality trees for our clients.

Licensed Texas Irrigators
The 102 degree summers in Texas are not survived without a professional irrigation system. Our irrigators are all Texas licensed landscape irrigators.
On any of our projects, the irrigation sleeves are installed below ground before any other materials are installed above ground. This ensures an efficient schedule and reduces re-installations. The above ground materials often include driveways, sidewalks, patios, plant beds and other landscape installations.
Our irrigators use a variety of materials including durable and high-quality PVC pipes, fittings and connectors to create a robust irrigation network that transports water underground throughout your property. Additionally, we use a variety of sprinkler heads, drip-emitters and micro-sprayers customized for your landscape to thrive in the hot Texas heat.
To automate our systems, we use smart controllers with moisture sensors and weather-based adjustments. These systems not only provide optimal water usage for severe weather conditions such as droughts or heavy rainfall, but they also have clocks that can be adjusted to irrigate your landscape on a set schedule. Lastly, our systems include proper backflow preventers that maintain water pressure and ensure no contaminated water is leaking into your drinking water supply.
Certified Drainage Specialists & Custom Concrete Catch Basins
We don’t have to say how crucial drainage is in development – we live in Houston! Luckily, Greenseen has in-house Certified Drainage Specialists. We install all types of drainage systems, from catch basins to subsurface systems, downspouts and natural french drains. Our team also provides grading to ensure your site drains water effectively away from your buildings and into the installation drainage systems.
To provide a cost effective solution for our clients and to ensure top quality, Greenseen manufactures catch basins in house at our Houston facility. These catch basins are manufactured with durable material that can be safely installed into the ground, and flexible fittings that connect to many different PVC drain pipes.
Landscape Lighting
Landscape lighting is a wonderful addition to any landscape and is a beautiful way to highlight key areas of your landscape at night. For this reason, many landscape plans in more recent years call for landscape lighting. Our irrigation conduit sleeves meet electrical and irrigation specifications per industry standards, and can therefore be installed at the same time.
Our landscape lighting systems can be controlled in a number of different ways, including manual switches, timers, motion sensors and remote controlled sensors. Once the electrical supply is connected and the wiring is in place, our team runs a full test to ensure proper functionality on your landscape lighting.
