Who We Serve
Greenseen serves most new construction industries, with a specialty in luxury multifamily complexes. In any project, the club house or the main building and entrance is the focal point – which translates across every industry. These main areas should show off your space! Greenseen designs and installs not only knock-out common areas, but also has great attention to detail in the smaller areas too such as the islands, sidewalks and back sides of buildings.

Greenseen History
Greenseen was founded in 1997 by Roy Desselle, current President, and Chief Operating Officer. Before Greenseen, Roy had began subcontracting as a commercial and residential landscaper with several different businesses. One of the businesses he founded in Austin and serviced the Austin and Houston areas, and another business he partnered with in Houston in the late 1980’s.
Once Greenseen was founded, Roy began subcontracting with luxury multifamily developers such as Camden Living and Greystar to provide landscape installation. As Greenseen grew, in he began winning several hardscape contracts as well. Then in 2002, he began offering irrigation to become a turnkey commercial landscape subcontractor.
In 2008, Greenseen outgrew its’ original office and in-house nursery and moved to a larger three-acre lot in north Houston. Here, Greenseen grows hundreds of plants for job sites utilizing greenhouses and outdoor growing spaces. With two large warehouses on site, Greenseen also manufactures custom concrete catch basins to meet clients’ specifications. In 2015, Roy founded The Tree Depot in Harwood, Texas, and opened the business to wholesale and retail customers looking for high-quality trees. Greenseen provides a cost and quality advantage to its clients by utilizing The Tree Depot trees.
Today, Greenseen is staffed with trained office personnel to provide estimates, purchasing, and accounting. Additionally, Greenseen has landscape designers who offer custom AutoCAD drawings or designs to complement existing landscape drawings. Greenseen has multiple highly-trained project managers and foremen to perform project functions and ensure high-quality service.
